For the very first time, AHV wants to hear your thoughts on our brand-new tenancy policies that help our staff and organisation deliver excellent tenancy management to you and your household. While some things we cannot change, because of the law or government requirements, there are many areas being improved that you can provide comment on such as: 

• A permanent debt waiver program to help reduce arrears for renters;
• Giving more attention to culturally safe practice like property cleansing where someone passes away in the home, and support for mob experiencing sorry business;
• Clearer processes about how we enter your home, address damage or property issues and temporary absence.

Any feedback you have is important to us as they are delivered for you, by us.
