This year's theme celebrates the many who have driven and led change in our communities over generations.

It also highlights the need to work together to maintain this momentum, and for commitments that aren't just hollow words, but that lead to better outcomes for our community.

Our mob is strong, proud and driven, and here at AHV we are dedicated to leading change that will provide better housing outcomes for our community.
