AHV's Annual NAIDOC Family Day

For almost 25 years, Aboriginal Housing Victoria’s annual NAIDOC Family Day has brought renters, their families, community members and allies together to celebrate culture, connection and community during NAIDOC Week.

In 2026, AHV proudly celebrated the 25th annual NAIDOC Family Day alongside the national celebration of 50 years of NAIDOC — marking an important milestone for community, culture and self-determination.

Each year, the event features live music and performances, cultural activities, sports clinics, arts and crafts, food, entertainment and activities for all ages. The day is made possible through the support of volunteers, community organisations, partners and sponsors who help create a welcoming and vibrant celebration for thousands of attendees.

AHV looks forward to continuing to grow the event and create an accessible, family-friendly celebration for community.
